Makinde and Samwo-Olu celebrate Ugwuanyi at 58

Yesterday, Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State congratulated his counterpart from Enugu State, Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi on his 58th birthday.
Makinde, in a statement in Ibadan, by his chief press officer, Mr. Taiwo Adisa, described Ugwuanyi as a bridge builder and a detribalized patriot with a strong belief in the Nigerian project.
He prayed to God to grant Ugwuanyi more years to serve his people and humanity in general.
Makinde said the Governor of Enugu State, like his other colleagues in the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), had shown that there was still hope for Nigeria.

“Gburugburu, as he is called, is a politician whom I always commend for his love for his state and his passion for a better Nigeria.

“Brother, not only are you a shining light among the PDP Governors, who by your excellent performance in office have shown that Nigeria can be better, but you are an active player in the effort to rescue the country and Nigeria’s realization of our collective dreams.
“As you add another year, I pray that God continues to support you and enable you to do more for humanity,” Makinde said.
Similarly, Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State congratulated the Governor of Enugu State, Mr. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi on his 58th birthday, describing him as a visionary leader.
Sanwo-Olu, in a congratulatory message signed on Saturday by his chief press officer, Mr Gboyega Akosile, said the governor’s leadership style had had an impact on the growth and development of the state.
He described Governor Ugwuanyi, who scored 58 points on Sunday, March 20, as a committed and selfless civil servant, who contributed to the development of Enugu State and Nigeria as a whole, as a Governor and former legislator federal.
According to him, the number one citizen of Enugu State has demonstrated pragmatic leadership with selflessness and dedication, rendering quality service to people at state and national level over the past 16 years. years.
